We plan to walk in nature in almost any kind of weather . . . rain or shine or even falling snow. Only in the case of VERY severe weather, the date will be changed.
Our sitting practice will be either inside or outside depending on the weather conditions. The location is a old forest saeter . . . Be prepared to have a cozy, rustic morning. There is not inside running water. Toilet is an “utdas” (out-house).
The inside space we use for meditation is also frequented by our family pets, dog and cat (for who may have animal allergies).
We ask for all participants to be very HEALTH responsible - and if you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms related to COVID-19 to please stay at home.
Please respect social distancing and let us greet each other with open hearts and smiles - saving hugs and handshakes for another moment.
