Welcome to a yogaSOMATICS practice day for women in Nørre Snede, Denmark

Our day together  will include the gentle yogaSOMATICS movement/asana, deep guided relaxation, Conscious Touch/Somatic Bodywork in partners.

Morning: Meditative yogaSOMATICS asana, gentle contact to your own breath, myofascial (bindevev) unwinding, deep relaxation practices help us explore the how energy moves and flows in your your own living body and to gently turn our attention towards a deeper contact with ourselves and the world around us.

Lunch: You will be served a healthy vegetarian lunch - that we can eat together in the garden (if the sun is shining).   Lunch is included in your workshop fee.

Afternoon:  Giving & Receiving Conscious Touch/Somatic Bodywork.   Learn a beautiful and simple bodywork practice for grounding and balance to share with a partner in the group.  You will both give and receive gentle healing touch for 30-35 minutes each.  Our touch practices are fully-clothed, relaxing on your mat on the floor and consent-informed.

WHO IS THIS PRACTICE DAY FOR?    Women of all practice experience levels are welcome to this grounding,  relaxing and non-demanding practice day.  Previous yoga, touch or meditation is not required and even beginners are very welcome and will find the practice to be accessible and sensory oriented!  Experienced yoga practitioners and teachers may find this class to be inspiring, supporting and a good way to simply give a “treat” of practice to themselves.
