I am passionate about bringing more healing touch and movement to the world. The whole being and the whole body is invited into my sessions. All the emotions, pain and wounds are welcome and I meet it all with gentleness, sensitivity and presence. Besides touch, I work with breath, sound and movement as ”tools” to help give movement whatever needs to be moved.
I am a SOMATIC BODYWORKER and my work is informed by yogaSOMATICS. I also work with
somatic sexological body-therapeutical practices. I am a practitioner in The Gaia Method – a sexual somatic body therapy.
