YogaSOMATICS Teachers have completed a 10 module - 250 hour mentoring process with Ateeka.  They have competence in sharing YogaSOMATICS in their own unique ways and individual settings.

YogaSOMATICS Restorative  Teachers

YogaSOMATICS Restorative Teachers have completed a 30 - 40  hour intensive module and a 10 hour mentoring process with Ateeka.  They have competence in sharing Restorative Yoga from a YogaSOMATICS perspective in various settings.

YogaSOMATICS Bodyworkers have completed a 10 module - 250 hour mentoring process with Ateeka.  They have competence in sharing one-to-one Somatic Bodywork sessions in various settings.
