6 weeks of online LIVE STREAM practice sessions

Welcome to 6 weeks of SIMPLY practicing together! We have found that a key to deepening into one’s self is CONTINUITY of practice. For this reason, we have decided to offer these 6 weeks of practice.

We share with you diverse practices of mindfulness meditation offering body contact, awareness and a more open and present state of being.

You will be inspired towards new ways to listen to messages from your body, your breath and your heart . . . to help create more relaxation and balance from within.

We meet each Tuesday morning from 11:00 - 12:30 . . . for 90 minutes of both moving and sitting mindfulness practices. Ateeka will guide a short movement/yogaSOMATICS practice to get the body energy flowing . . . Then we sit in a guided Mindfulness practice with Ola . . with guidance on various ways to practice Mindfulness The session will be finished with a reclining guided relaxation and circulation of the energy.


Sessions are every TUESDAY from 11 am - 12:30 pm (CET/Oslo time)

Dates: April 6 - 13 - 20 - May 4 - 11 - 18
