WHY FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS?

 In a world which increasingly pulls us towards the influence of the external . . .  which makes us doubt or become distracted from our authentic selves, dreams can offer us a way home . . . a way back to contact with what we really want . .  with who we really are.

In a sense, working with your dreams can be considered an “inner yoga” . . . helping you to stretch your understanding and unite disconnected aspects of your self.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

When working with your dreams with Ola, you will be supported in an inner process of exploring your inner life and emotions through dream analysis, creative drawing, inquiries and mindfulness practices.

A session usually begins by . . . naturally . . .having a dream that you remember and has made an impression upon you!

WHAT IF I CAN´T REMEMBER MY DREAMS?

It is suggested that you keep a little notebook & pen by your bed, so that you can jot down the basic memories of the dream right as you awaken.

In our busy lives, it is not always possible to have the time to work with your dream right upon awakening . . . and luckily, that is not so necessary, so long as you retain the important aspects of your dream in your notebook or memory.

From your drawing, notes and reflections upon your dreams, you can explore the deeper meaning of yourself and your relationship to your life.
